Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping:

Standard Shipping: Free for all orders within India. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.

Express Shipping: ₹200. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

Delivery Delays: Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Damages and Issues

Damages: Palmarium is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Report Issues: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
